Outside scholarships are any funds from churches, schools, businesses, and community and other organizations.ج Outside scholarship checks should be made payable to ذكذكتسئµ and processed directly to the Bursar’s Office with the following information included on a separate cover sheet on the donor’s official letterhead.ج Failure to include the below information may result in processing delays.
Please include:
- Student’s Name and ذكذكتسئµ ID number
- Indication of which term the check is to be applied (fall, spring, or split evenly between semesters, etc.)
- Amount of check and check number
- Donor’s name, address, contact name, phone number, and the email address
- In the event that a student withdraws, ذكذكتسئµ will return any unused outside scholarship funds to the donor.
- In lieu of an official letter, print the ذكذكتسئµ Outside Scholarship Form and Instructions linked below.

Instructions for Donors
Donors of outside scholarships should make checks payable to ذكذكتسئµ and mail them to the address below with the above information included.ج Donors may choose to apply funds to a single semester only or split the funds evenly between the fall and spring semesters.ج If the donor does not specify how to distribute the scholarship, the funds will be split evenly between the fall and spring semesters by default.

Instructions for Students
If an outside scholarship donor sends or delivers a check to the student, the check should be either mailed or brought to the ذكذكتسئµ Bursar’s Office for further processing.ج The check will be deposited by a University Cashier who will then notify the Office of Financial Aid so that the scholarship can be added to the student’s aid awards.جج
