After the Commencement Ceremony, and once degrees have been conferred, diploma orders will be submitted to Parchment Diploma Services for processing, printing, and mailing. You will receive an email from Parchment with instructions to set up your account, confirm your mailing address, and claim your FREE eDiploma. Please note that you have 72 hours from the time you receive the email to confirm your mailing address. Your printed diploma will take at least 4-6 weeks to arrive from Parchment, but you will receive additional notifications from Parchment and can check the status of your diploma through your Parchment account.ج*Note: If you are completing your degree in a different semester other than the commencement ceremony you are participating in, your degree will not be conferred until that time after you resubmit your graduation application in your final term. If you have already completed your degree in a prior cycle and have not received your diploma, you will need to contact Parchment Diploma Services: parchment.com/students/order-status/.
Official transcripts reflecting degree conferral can be ordered on the ذكذكتسئµâ€™s Parchment website as of the date listed on the landing page. Transcripts ordered prior to the date listed on the landing page are not guaranteed to reflect the degree being awarded.
Bursar’s Office Holds: Students who have a hold from the Bursar’s Office at the time of graduation will have their diploma withheld until the financial obligation is resolved. Once the agreement has been fulfilled, the diploma will be released to the student. This does not impact the student’s academic graduation status or degree conferral.
